Players agree that by clicking this acceptance that the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of this game and that they have read, agree with, and agree to follow, these Rules and Code of Conduct.

Players agree that Assassins.App is only a game and meant for fun.

Players understand and agree that play can become intense and that being eliminated, betrayed, lied to, or plotted against, may occur as part of the game. Players agree that they will not take personal offense or engage in vengeful or spiteful conduct in response. Only friendly and respectful counter-maneuvers are allowed.

Players agree and understand that while playing their privacy may be interfered with to a reasonable degree by other players, that other players may be able to track their movements and whereabouts, and other players may take pictures of them that may not show them in their best pose.

Players agree to exercise common sense at all times.

Players agree to act friendly and respectful manner toward other game players.

Players agree not to trespass on private property as part of their game play.

Players agree that they will not violate any laws, regulations, or ordinances as part of their game play.

Players agree that they will not engage in any conduct that will (or may) physically harm, embarrass, or cause other damage, to other players.

Players agree that they may not engage in any act that may cause another player to feel physically threatened or at risk - such as by leaving threatening messages. For example, leaving an anonymous message threatening “I’m coming after you” is not funny and not allowed.

Players agree that they will not get into physical fights or altercations with other players.

Players agree not to engage in risky behavior that may put themselves, other players, or bystanders in harm’s way.

Players agree that by common sense certain times, places, and circumstances are out of bounds for reasons of safety, security, sanity, common decency and respect, or other reasons and that they will respect these limitations. These include:

1. Sensitive areas such as (i.) medical facilities (e.g. hospitals, laboratories, doctor’s offices, mental health clinics, dental practices...) (ii.) places of worship (e.g. churches, chapels, synagogues, mosques...), (iii.) bathrooms and any place where a target is not properly clothed or where a picture would cause public embarrassment, (iv.) graveyards and cemeteries if there are any services in progress at the time, (v.) places of entertainment during a performance where the use of a camera would cause any type of disturbance to others (e.g. lectures, theaters, concerts, shows...), and (vi) if a player is a student or teacher during class
2. Any area defined in a game as safe area or outside a geographic limitation.
3. Any restricted gameplay time that is set as part of a game.

Players agree that each other player has a life outside the game and that they will not take any action to intentionally disrupt another player’s private life, family, or work.

Players agree that they may and should report unlawful and harmful conduct to one another and to the proper lawful authorities if necessary.
